Do you bring the alcohol?
Yes. We are fully licensed in Massachusetts to supply and serve alcohol, so we buy, bring and pour everything in your package. You don't need to shop for anything.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes. We set up in tents, on lawns, rooftops, patios and backyards, as well as indoors in ballrooms, offices and restaurants. We plan around the space and the weather with you.
Do you work year-round?
Yes, every season. Winter holiday parties, spring and fall weddings, and summer rooftop and outdoor events.
How many bartenders will we need?
A common starting point is one bartender for every 50 guests for a full bar, or every 75 for beer and wine. We confirm the right number for your event, menu and timing in your quote.
Can we customize the bar?
Yes. Choose a single bar, two stations or an L-shaped bar, pick your package and menu, and add your company logo or event name to the bar front if you want it.
What do you need from our venue?
A level space for the bar and a way for us to load in. We confirm the details with your venue or facilities team during planning.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially for Saturdays in wedding season and for December holiday parties. Send your date and we'll confirm availability.
